Hunter is Here!

A few days before Kirk and I left for our vacation, our good friends Pete and Bethany welcomed their baby boy, Hunter Jonathan. He was 7 lbs, 11 oz and is just as sweet as can be. We are praising God for bringing Bethany and Hunter through a challenging labor and delivery. He has a cleft lip and pallete and will eventually have surgeries for that, but he is here and healthy and we are rejoicing with the Harts!  We went to visit them in the hospital, but Hunter was in the NICU at that time so we weren't able to hold him.  We stopped by their home last night with dinner for them and snuck in a little cuddle time with Hunter before we left.  He is the sweetest little baby with adorable dark hair and the perfect little round face.  Congrats, Pete and Bethany! We love you guys.

Kirk and I were commented how nice it was to hold a peaceful, still baby.  That doesn't happen much in this home anymore!
