Kirk and I didn't really make any big plans for New Years, so we decided we should at least go out to dinner. We went to Houlihans (I even got a little dressed up and put on heels...that didn't last long) and then came home and just spent the night hanging out. We got my family hooked up with skype and webcams for Christmas since it will be an easy way for them to see Baby Duncan. My parents just got it hooked up yesterday, so we spent a long time talking with them when we got home from dinner. They are officially hooked on webcams! It was fun to ring in the new year for the first time as a married couple!

We watched a good portion of Season 1 of Friends (Christmas gift from Rachel and Shane--thanks!)
I went to the bakery down the street from our house in the morning and bought us each a special 2009 cookie...we are lame.

We loved skyping with you guys on New Year's Eve. You seemed so less far away! We are praying for all the new things God has planned for '09.
