Our "Big" Little Man

Elijah and I met Kirk for lunch today and on the way out, we let him walk on the sidewalk to the car with his backpack strapped on and his little Taylor University Nalgene bottle in hand.  We thought he looked like such a grown up little boy and SO darn cute.

I really do know I'm biased, but, come on! This is one of the cutest sites you've ever seen, right?

Congratulations, Katie!

This past weekend, we traveled up to Taylor University to celebrate Katie's graduation! It was really fun to be there with the whole family celebrating Katie's accomplishments (she graduated in 3 years with a double major with Honors as you can see in the pictures!) and reminiscing about our graduation 4 years ago.  Katie, we love you and are proud of you.  Can't wait to see what God has for you next!

The grad herself.
Duncan sisters.  I am not pictured because I was in the car with a napping one year old.  He ran around the entire graduation (fortunately there was some open space in the back of the auditorium for him to run around in) and was wiped out by the end!

Kirk and Katie.  Can you tell they are from the same family :)?
Dad is proud of his 3rd graduate from TU!
After graduation, we headed down to Muncie for a family dinner.  There were 2 other Duncan cousins who also graduated (Ryan and Sara) so we did a combined dinner with all of us (19 plus a high chair!).  Here is the whole big group!
And one of just the Phil Duncan family.  ps. I am fully aware that my face has ballooned to 2x its normal size. Thanks, BD2.
The three Duncan grads...Ryan, Sara, and Katie.  Congratulations!

Steph and Bob...and baby makes 3!

I am so excited because my dear friend Steph is having a baby! I have literally known Steph for as long as I can remember (my mom will have to confirm this, but I think I met her when she was 3 days old).  It's so fun to experience different stages of life together.  We got married in the same year and now we are having babies just 4 months apart! Steph and Bob, we love you and are so excited to help you welcome your little guy or girl into the world!

Me, Steph, and Uncle Jeff (Steph's dad) when we were little! I scanned this in from a scrapbook which is why the pink hand and foot are there.

Steph as a bridesmaid in my wedding.
Me as a bridesmaid in hers.
When Steph flew to Indiana to hang with Elijah at 3 months old!
I can't wait to add a picture of me holding her baby!!!

Growing Baby

I have lots more pictures to post from our time in PA, but I left my camera card reader at my mom's so I can't upload my pictures yet! I promise to update when I have that.

But for now, here are my most recent belly pictures.  I am 26 weeks and 3 days and it really is going by fast at this point.  I have definitely "popped"...there is no longer any question as to whether or not I'm pregnant! It is really difficult to imagine what it will be like to have 4 people in our family, but we are so excited to meet the little one.  He/she has been moving a ton and Elijah even felt him/her move today.  I'm pretty sure he had no idea what it was, but he jumped when he had his hand on my belly and baby sister/brother gave him a good kick!

For Aunt Lynn (and whoever else is interested)

I need to apologize to my Aunt Lynn who's been checking my blog faithfully for updates from my trip out to PA to see my family. Elijah and I have been here for 5 days and we are having a good time, but we do miss Daddy :(. We are staying here for 2 whole weeks so we are excited that we are getting a lot of quality time with people we love.

Grandma took Elijah and I to a local playground. Elijah was the only one on it and had a blast exploring as you'll be able to see from the photos!

Peekaboo!

Climbing, climbing...

So excited!

I love this face.

Done with the slide, exploring the tunnel.

Having a blast!

Backyard

The little guy has also enjoyed my mom and dad's big backyard. Here he is, playing with Tucker, which he can now say. It sounds something like "Cuckca".

It's fun to see Elijah in the tree house I grew up playing in.

This is a little out of order with the rest of the pictures, but he also has loved hanging with his cousin. He's sharing his video with Cam, and as you can see, they are both enthralled.

Pushing the wagon across the driveway (and typically falling a lot while he does it).

Cam was trying to hold Elijah next to her for the picture.

It was a difficult task.

Oh, hi!
